ACT 101 Program: Luzerne County Community College

Provides various services to assist disadvantaged students to successfully complete post-secondary studies.

Eligibility

Candidates must be a low income Pennsylvania resident with a GPA less than 2.0 and/or other educational disadvantages and must be enrolled in a program leading to a credential.
