Juvenile Law Center

Services: Institute in which students have the opportunity to attend LCTI as a full-day or half-day student. Students enrolled in the full-day program receive both their career and technology training and academics at LCTI. The half-day student receives their standard high school curriculum at their home schools and their career and technical training at LCTI. Students receive a Pennsylvania Skills Certificate at the end of program. Adult Education is also offered.

Services: BAVTS is a vocational, alternative high school offering specialized mastery of construction, culinary arts, transportation, health, manufacturing and services. Continuing Education programs are also available to older adults seeking to gain specialized skills.

Services: Services include Adult Basic Education, Literacy classes, ESL classes, GED Preparation, Workplace services, Distance Learning services and Corrections Education Services. Classes offered morning, afternoons and evenings staff fluent in Spanish. Programs are located in Lehigh and Carbon counties although open to anyone within the Lehigh Valley, Luzerne-Schuylkill Counties and Pocono Counties WIA.

Classes offered mornings and evenings with staff who can speak Spanish. Programs located in Northampton although open to anyone within the Lehigh Valley WIA.

Services: Career technical training and education program helping teens and young adults learn a trade, earn a high school diploma or GED, and find a good job.
